One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dessert shop! The quality of the desserts was absolutely amazing, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. What impressed me the most was that we arrived right before closing time. All the machines had already been turned off and cleaned, yet they still welcomed us with a smile and prepared our order with the same care and high quality as if it were the middle of the day. Even though they were clearly ready to close, they didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Their customer service and positive attitude truly stood out. Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be coming back!

This place was excellent. The sushi Dubai chocolate crepe was outstanding and absolutely worth trying. The Turkish coffee and the frappe were both great as well. The staff were friendly, helpful, and took the time to make good recommendations. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

I’m absolutely blown away. The Dubai Kunafa milkshake was the best dessert / drink I’ve had in my life. It was perfectly creamy with pistachio bits at the bottom and the cup was lined with chocolate. The flavours went so well together, 11/10 in my books. This is my new go to dessert spot and I can’t wait to try everything else.

Cafe, desserts, and ice cream, theirs mini pankcakes are awesome and fluffy with the right amount of sweetness. Bright, clean, and beautiful decor, lots of sitting available. The employee was very nice and greeted me as soon as I arrived. Free samples of three types of mini pancakes were on display, and she urged me to taste one. It was fantastic, sweet, and fluffy. Lots of choices for ice cream and desserts in a beautiful glass display case. * This business is located inside Shawarma Royal.

Stopped in for some hot chocolate after a cold hike and loved it. Tried the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Kunafa Cup and will definitely be back to order again. Service was helpful and friendly. Would recommend for a sweet delicious treat! Only note was the drinks weren’t very hot. Tasty but could be hotter.

This was my second time at Pinochio Cafe. I’ve been to their Yonge and Dundas location before and loved it. I was in the area visiting family and stopped by for a treat. I got the small Dubai Kunafa Choco Cup for $10.45 (came to $11.80 with tax) and it was totally worth it. The price is affordable, especially for something sweet and indulgent. The café is clean, modern, and nicely decorated. They have a great variety of desserts and I’m excited to try more next time. Service was quick and the male staff working was super nice. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving something sweet.

I had a lovely time at that establishment. The desserts were delicious, particularly the Dubai kunafa cheesecake. The service was excellent, and the staff member who assisted me was very welcoming. I certainly plan to return to try more items on the menu and update my review accordingly.

We had two Dubai chocolate cups, my family and I loved it. The staff as patient while we decided what to get and the cups were delicious, I’ll for sure be coming back!
